INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP

A different kind of meeting — outdoors, on foot, actually listening and connecting.

Woman and man in a grass field

Some of the best ideas never happen in a conference room. Getting a team out of the office and into nature is one of the most reliable ways to unlock genuinely new thinking.

I guide the group through a rhythm of shared conversation, moments of quiet individual reflection and structured check-ins built around your team's real questions, rather than a generic team-building script. Enough structure to make the time productive, not just a nice stroll.

No stage, no slide deck, no one person doing all the talking. Just walking, at a human pace, with enough space for something honest and creative to surface.

Who is this for?

For teams tired of the same four walls or any group that senses they'd talk more honestly and be more creative together if they weren't sitting across a table from each other. Open sessions (not tied to one company) are also possible, with individual participation welcome.

What's in a group walk?

  • A short call beforehand to set the group's topic or intention, so the walk has a real purpose, not just movement

  • A walk in nature punctuated by relevant questions, guided dialogue and silence.

  • Space for individual reflection, group brainstorming and creativity built into the route.

  • Several check-ins and check-out to share and anchor what emerged.

Benefits

  • Stronger group cohesion and shared sense of direction

  • Fresh ideas and individual insights born from a less formal setting

  • Reconnection with nature and with yourself

  • More genuine dialogue between participants

What people are saying

We booked this for a team offsite after months of the same stuck conversation about a project. Genuinely didn't expect walking outside to change anything, but something about not being in the office and same environment got people talking differently. We came with a lot of fresh ideas by the end of the day and avenues for getting our project done.

I run a small team and we've done the usual offsite stuff — escape rooms, workshops, all of it. This was quieter than those and honestly more useful. Oana didn't push an agenda, just gave us space, created exercises that made us work together differently and asked good questions at the right moments. A few people said things they probably wouldn't have said in the office.

Wasn't sure if this wouldn't be  would just be a nice walk with some kind of forced sharing circles and activities. Surprisingly, there was real structure to it, but it never felt scripted and the conversations ended up genuine. Tired in a good way by the end of the day and actually excited about work again, which hadn't happened in a while.
