MEDITATION is a centuries old practice which is now being used at a larger scale as a stress releasing technique. Its effects are indeed stress releasing but meditation can bring many more benefits such as expanded awareness, connection with own deep truth, practicing of observation and of abilities such as as patience, acceptance, curiosity, perseverance and creating a deep rooted inner core not easily thrown off by daily events.
The guided meditations I lead, in addition to creating a space for the practice of all of the abilities above and for relaxation, can be focused on selected topics of choice (i.e. manifestation, healing, pain release, prosperity, etc) and be organised individually or collectively. In the meditation sessions, I guide towards a space of deep connection and expanded awareness, in which we can more easily let go of blocking factors and facilitate new choices. These transformative practice scan alter the chemistry of the body, introducing new high frequency information in our energetic fields, expanding perception and possibilities.
The meditation sessions do not propose connecting to ancestors, animal spirits, crystals, angels or any other forms of spiritual support which are largely publicised in the energetic world in a majority of cases as a substitute of consciousness. My approach is to expand into our own spaces of consciousness, connecting to ourselves as infinite beings and empowering ourselves to go on our own journey, discovering what is true for us and increasing our capacities to choose and create in our lives. You are dared to find what is true for you and develop your own knowing through practice and consistency.
HOW DOES A MEDITATION SESSION WORK?

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

your availability to be in awareness as well as your intention to connect to your inner truth and your openness to receive, during the session

your willingness to accept thoughts, feelings, emotions which may come up in the session. You will be guided through the process.
HOW CAN IT BE DONE?
In person, in Brussels, or online, sessions being equally effective in both environments.
For an in person session, the address will be provided once the booking of the session has been confirmed.
PRICES:

30 min session (online or in person, individual): 40 euros/person

30 min session (online or in person, collective): 20 euros/person (for a group of 5 people). 15 euros/person for a group of at least 20 people. 10 euros/person for groups above 20 persons.

60 min session (online or in person, individual): 60 euros/person

60 min session (online or in person, collective): 40 euros/person (for a group of 5 people). 30 euros/person for a group of at least 20 people. 20 euros/person for groups above 20 persons.
The process is completely safe and does not involve any damaging practices. The exploration of your energetic field can bring up images and sensations in your mind and body during a session, without side effects, as well as awarenesses.
No two sessions are the same - we each time work with the information which is most prevalent and active at that specific moment.
